Employee Training and Development

WVMCCD supports the professional development of our employees by offering training opportunities on campus, of campus, and online.  Throughout the year, employees are invited to attend workshops, luncheons, and seminars.  If you have a training need is not covered here, please contact Samantha Folb. 

HR Learning Lab 

Join us for bi-weekly online training sessions on a variety of topics including leadership skills, HR policies and procedures, and best practices in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging (DEIAB).

During the academic year we host HR learning labs on a regular bi-weekly basis. Check back in August 2023 for our fall schedule and offerings. For now, please join us for our two Summer 2023 HR Learning Lab dates and topics below:
