Deploy an AI-powered interactive kiosk in the West Valley College Student Services
Center to provide wayfinding assistance, answer common questions, and deliver information
sourced from the college website. The system will leverage generative AI and institutional
web content to help students, employees, and visitors quickly access information about
programs, services, locations, admissions, financial aid, registration, campus resources,
and events, while improving customer service and reducing routine inquiries to front-line
staff.
