Managing Your Benefits Just Got Easier

We're excited to announce that PlanSource is now live and ready for employee access.

We have transitioned from Alight/SmartBen to PlanSource, our new benefits administration platform. PlanSource provides a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for managing your benefits and enrollment information.

Login Information

  • Username: Banner ID (G0 + employee ID)
  • Temporary Password: Date of Birth (YYYYMMDD)

Upon your first login, you will be prompted to create a new password. Save it for future use.

What You Can Do in PlanSource

  • View your current benefit elections.
  • Access benefits information and resources.
  • Review dependent and beneficiary information.
  • Enroll in and make changes during Open Enrollment.

Quick Review Steps

  1. Log into PlanSource.
  2. Click the ☰ Menu in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Review personal information.
  5. Select My Family.
  6. Review dependent information.

  1. From the Home Screen, select My Benefits.
  2. Review your Benefits Confirmation Statement.
  3. Review your current 2026 selections.
