Lights, camera, teach! Studio 155 is a free-to-use campus resource for creating polished video content for instruction and academic programs. With simple push-button controls, you can record green screen and learning glass videos — no crew, no editing bay, no film degree required. Walk in with an idea, walk out with a finished video file.
Studio 155 is located near the Vasona Cafe in the Learning Resource Commons at West Valley College.
Studio 155 Features
Studio 155 was built to handle the video recording needs you actually have. Using just the control panels in the room, you can create:
- Green Screen videos with several options for displaying slides and screen content
- Interview videos with a curtain backdrop — bring up to 4 people, standing or seated
- Learning Glass videos for delivering engaging, chalkboard-style content that pops
Everything records directly to West Valley Panopto. Within moments of stopping your recording, you'll have a video file ready to post to your course website or favorite video platform — or to polish further in any standard video editing program.
