Health Services provides TB testing and screening as needed by students and employees.
Please come to Health Services to complete a TB Risk Assessment.
Every 4 years, continuing employees are required to complete a TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire with a Registered Nurse (in person or via Zoom by appointment) to receive their TB Certificate of Completion. Employees may elect to complete this process with their primary care provider.
Employees are responsible for providing HR with their TB Certificate of Completion.
