The Office of Educational Services acts as a liaison between the district and the colleges in matters relating to instructional and student support programs.
Committees and Workgroups
Mission/Purpose
The District Enrollment Management Committee facilitates collaboration between the colleges and the District to support the development of enrollment goals. The committee develops and forwards recommendations to District Council for FTES targets across resident credit, nonresident credit, and noncredit. Following review by District Council and confirmation by the Chancellor, these targets, along with established efficiency goals, inform funding allocations to the colleges and are reflected in the District’s budget book.
