She is an attorney and partner in a small boutique law firm San Jose. Anne has litigated civil matters for more than 25 years and also works as a private mediator. She has been volunteering in the community for decades, serving on various non-profit boards, teaching continuing education classes, and serving for 8 years on the Housing Loan and Rehabilitation Committee for the City of Santa Clara. Currently she is serving as the President of the Santa Clara High School PTSA and Chair of the Mission City Community Fund.

She studied at UC Irvine, De Anza Community College, San Jose State University, and UC Hastings College of the Law. Ensuring access to a quality education is Anne’s top priority. According to Anne, “community colleges offer students opportunities to prepare for four-year college, learn new skills to help advance in the workplace, and realize personal enrichment. While studying at a community college, I built a foundation from which I was able to achieve my higher educational goals. I want others to have similar opportunities.”
