Emmanuele Cappello
Mr. Cappello began his governmental service as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Al D’Amato, and has held numerous elected and appointed positions, including President of the Cities Association Executive Board of Santa Clara County, Saratoga Senior Center board of directors, West Valley Sanitation District Board Chair, Saratoga Finance Committee Chair, and Vice Chair of the Santa Clara County Housing and Community Development Council. He has served on the Saratoga City Council since 2010.
Mr. Cappello also taught as a tenured member of the Business faculty at DeAnza College prior to coming to West Valley College. Moreover, he led a distinguished career in business and entrepreneurship, serving in management roles at Applied Materials and Lockheed Martin, and serving as the managing partner of Wingstop restaurants in Santa Clara.
Mr. Cappello holds a bachelor of arts in business administration and management information systems from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a masters of business administration in marketing and finance from Golden Gate University.
