Please be advised that the Facilities Office no longer accepts written requests.  The old hard copy work orders will no longer be accepted.  Please recycle any old forms you may have.

All routine work orders must be generated using our online work order system.  For Maintenance Emergency requests requiring immediate attention, please call the Facilities help desk at ext 4121.

Please login with your college id and password in order to submit a service request. If you don't know or don't have a password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link, and you will be able to reset your password.  Everyone is expected to utilize the new system.  Please call Katrina (at ext 2050) or the IS Help Desk (at ext 2696) if you need assistance using the system.

Should an emergency arise involving Facilities or Maintenance after business hours (8:00am - 4:00 pm) the District Police (ext 2092) will assist you with Emergency Call-Back Procedures.
